Online- Simply place your order on the website using the secure server, we accept most major credit and debit cards. If you do not wish to enter your payment details just select the items you wish to purchase and a member of staff will telephone you to take your payment details or alternatively you can send a cheque or postal order (goods will not be despatched until the cheque has cleared at the bank).
Telephone-You can phone the shop direct on +44(0)1422 202131 Wednesday –Saturday between 9.30am and 5pm with the details of the items you wish to purchase(please have the style number, colour and size details ready)together with your payment details.
Orders are usually despatched the same day. Any orders placed after 10am on a Saturday will be processed but may not be posted until Monday.
Stock The site is updated on a regular basis, however there may be times when items ordered have been sold in the shop before the site has been updated.
Returns All returns must have prior authorisation, please email or phone before returning any item. We will not refund the cost of the original postage costs or return costs, unless the item is faulty. Goods may be returned within 21 days of purchase for an exchange or refund.
